Hello every one!
I am so happy that you are here! My name is Camila Cruz. Let me tell you a little bit about me. I am originally from Bogota, Colombia. I have lived in the United States for 20 years, and 15 years in San Angelo! I have two girls and they are my greatest blessing! Sofia (13) and Juliet (8). I love spending time with them, going on walks and traveling together!
I graduated from Javeriana University in Bogota with a Bachelors in Educational Psychology. I earned my Bilingual Teacher certification from Montgomery College in Houston.
I have been an Elementary teacher for 6 years, and this will be my second year as a Bilingual Kindergarten teacher at Bradford Elementary. I feel very blessed to be part of this family and very excited to meet my sweet new students!
I am passionate about teaching little kids! I enjoy so much watching my students grow and become independent and confident. I take teaching to heart and I know well the great responsibility I hold in my hands.
I see my job as a powerful opportunity to impact my students lives in a positive way.
I feel blessed to have the chance to serve them and help them in any way. Not only by helping them achieve all their potential academically, but also by providing them with a safe, caring, and supporting environment where they can be themselves. A classroom that becomes a place where they can feel safe, valued, respected, appreciated and loved! ❤️
